Started working as medical representative from a remote area of Pakistan-Sargodha, performed and got regular promotions from first line manager to National sales manager in regular intervals through hard work, ethics, and professionalism.
My primary job was to achieve the sales objective through customer development by utilizing the available resources, to establish a reasonable prescribing customer base, to maintain and increase the market share in comparison to competition and also to maintain a smooth operational status in the assigned territory in coordination with the disrtributors and other functional departments of the company.
Also as manager to develop the field force through on job and office training also to perform duties sales forcasting, planning, organizing, staffing, controlling, rewarding, etc
