•Studied, planned and designed Storm Drainage, Sanitary, Potable Water & Irrigation Systems for Riyadh Technical College, Riyadh with site area of 20 Ha to accommodate 4330 students.

•Studied, planned and designed Storm Drainage, Sanitary, Potable Water & Irrigation System for Riyadh Court Complex, Riyadh.

•Planned and designed Storm Drainage, Sanitary, Potable Water & Irrigation System for Jeddah Touristic City and prepared Tender Documents for the same. This project included five design packages comprising of water Desalination Plant, Sewage Treatment Plant, Power Generation Plant, Civil Works, reservoirs and Telecommunication facilities. Resolved site problems encountered during construction stage (Construction Cost 150 Million Saudi Riyals).

•Studied, planned, designed and prepared tender documents for Al-Hunnay Water Transmission Project for Riyadh City. This project included the design of twin 1200 mm dia. 170 km long Transmission Pipelines with a capacity of 360, 000m3 per day, Collector Mains for wellfield with 65 wells & pumps, 1 forwarding and 3 Booster Pumping Stations, Well pumps, Housing compound, Telemetry system and Water Storage Reservoir.

•Designed water supply, Storm Drainage, Sanitary & Irrigation systems and prepared tender documents for various site development projects for Madinat Al-Jubail Al-Sinaiyah including the following:

•Site development of Al-Fanateer Penninsula - Jubail.

•Site Development of Haii Al-Fanateer & Haii Al-Deffi, Jubail

•Lot 03-25-B4 in Haii Al-Fanateer, Jubail

•Site Development of Lots B2-15-02 in Haii Al-Fanateer and Lot D4-35-02 in Haii Al Deffi in Jubail.

•Design of utilities for ten design packages for the proposed expansion of existing campus of King Abdul Aziz University, Jeddah with a total area of 576 Ha. The work included design and Master Planning of utilities such as potable and Fire Water Systems, Sewerage Systems, Storm Drainage Systems, Landscaping Irrigation system and preparation of reports. Work also included resolving site problems encountered during construction. (Cost of the project 2 Billion Saudi Riyals).

Total area 45 Ha, Construction Cost 159 Million Saudi Riyals.

•Design and Master Planning of utilities e.g. water supply and fire protection system, landscaping irrigation including water scheduling, zoning using various irrigation equipment's, design of complete plumbing and fire protection systems of buildings, preparation of drawings, bill of quantities, cost estimates, specifications and calculations for the following projects:

•Design of utilities for the Development of Thumama National Park, over an area of 1300 Ha for recreational purpose, Riyadh (Ministry of Agriculture & Water).

•Design and Master Planning of water supply & fire protection system, sewerage system, storm drainage system and irrigation system for the Development of Open Space, Landscaping and Infrastructure, Kasr Al-Hokm District, Riyadh (Riyadh Development Authority). Total area = 45 Ha.

•Designed the plumbing system for Safa Souk, Kasr Al-Hokm District, Riyadh (Riyadh Development Authority)

•Designed the water supply & fire protection system, sewerage system, storm drainage system and irrigation system for Boys Elementary School and Telecommunications Building Phase III, Jubail Industrial City. Total area of 3 Schools was 15, 000m2.

•Design of water supply & fire protection system, sewerage system, storm drainage system and irrigation system for the Site Development of Secondary and Support Industries Park, Madinat Al-Jubail Al-Sinaiyah. (royal Commission for Jubail and Yanbu).

•Designed the plumbing system for Building Research Institute in Jubail (Royal Commission for Jubail and Yanbu).

o Designed the Nifi potable water supply 150 km transmission line to serve 5 main villages and other villages within 20 km on either side of transmission line. The source of supply was deep wells 50-80 km from main village.

RESIDENT ENGINEER at SAUDCONSULT, MADINAT AL-JUBAIL AL-SINAIYAH, SAUDI ARABIA

Modification of design, specifications and construction supervision of various site development and infrastructure contract packages and coordination with various other adjacent contracts at Jubail Support Industries Park with an area of 700 Ha . The infrastructure included site grading, drainage, sewerage, potable water and fire protection, intensive and extensive Landscaping Irrigation using potable water and treated sewage effluent.

Supervised the Construction of Industrial Waste Water network system for the Industrial area and sanitary system for the community area at Madinat Al-Yanbu Al-Sinaiyah (Royal Commission for Jubail and Yanbu).

Duties included construction supervision, design changes for site adoption, additional design involving change order, resolving interface conflicts, interpretation of design, checking of shop drawings and submittals.
