Responsible to manage a team of coaching and compliance coordinators to ensure that workplace procedures and safety is complied to.
Deliver trainings to the staff and monitor the development of staff in the department.
Design new training programs.
Deliver on the job coaching and training to new and existing staff.
Carry out loading and unloading of aircraft dead load while adhereing to the safety regulations.
Manage a team on subordinates to ensure that the aircraft is loaded/ unloaded in a safe manner.
Supervise the acceptance, build up, documentation, loading and unloading of cargo of charter flights.
Responsible for checking and boarding of passengers traveling to/ from Dubai airport.
