Managing the local and overseas recruitment and selection process. Manage the complete onboarding process and ensure all the forms and documents are recorded. Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy. Collect & and monitor, weekly timesheets. Prepare employees' payroll and compensation by the end of each month undertaking regular salary reviews. Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs Performs other duties as assigned.
