this Company and Reporting directly to the IT Supervisor and collaborating closely with other IT team members. Responding to queries in a timely and accurate manner and resolving queries to the user’s satisfaction.
Responsibilities Include:
Responsible for diagnosing & resolving hardware, software & end users problems.
Investigate specialist and complex IT support issues
Maintaining a wide range of computer hardware and software programs.
Setting up and configuring new laptops and desktops
Install authorized software to laptops and desktops
Ensuring security and upgrades are applied and kept up to date on desktops and laptop
Antivirus installation to all desktops and laptops
Fault-finding to laptops and desktops
Reporting faults and maintaining logs on servers, desktops and laptops
Completing internal user moves including phones
Making of Cat 5 e network cables were necessary
Ensure all logs for equipment and users are maintained
Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned by the IT Supervisor
Provide assistance as required to the IT Supervisor
Provide assistance and support to colleagues in IT-related matters
To develop the scripts for the mobiles.
To write the clean-up script for the mobile this makes the mobile on default position.
To write the premium content script this replies the subscriber’s messages.
To write the monitor script this checks the mobile position and web access.
