 Implement SHE policies and guidelines for site Ensure all safety measures at site are in full compliance with regulatory, statutory, and legal requirements
 Supervising Safety people, about Investigation and Reporting, and, Enhanced Site Supervising Work Shop, & Environmental Awareness etc
 Incident & Investigation team members and compiling corrective actions from observations and take the corrective action.
 Investigate all near miss report & suggest for the correction measures;
 Follow up of ATR to be closed on the given target date.
 IRC Presentation for Client.
 Preparation of S HES Trend Analysis quarterly, & Monthly report.
 Preparation of Weekly and Monthly report of SHE Statistic.
 Competency Skill Assessment for Unskilled and inexperienced employees.
 tracking remedial actions to close out.
 preparing and structuring feedback for workgroups,
 managing the observer team,
 preparing observation checklists, observation schedules,
 monitoring frequency of observations for observers and managers,
 coordinating with workforce management teams,
 coordinating with the O & I champion,
 facilitating target setting after baseline periods,
 Internal Audit & participation in External Audit with Client and making Reports of HSE Audit finding and follow up for close out of Audit finding as per Observation and Intervention system.
 Assist execution in developing SHE action plan.
 Prepare SHE&S Audit check list and conduct SHE Audit as per schedule.

 Implementation of Behavioral Observation and Intervention (BO&I), a tool to improve the behavioral aspect of the employee to enhance the overall HSE performance of the organization.
 Identification & elimination of hazards using various available techniques like HAZID, JOB SAFETY ANALYSIS and SAFETY AUDIT.
 Safety Management Systems like reporting near miss, first aid injury, medically treated injury, lost time accident.
