Working as a NEOM Quality Representative, to Manage the implementation of the overall Quality Management System, Policies, Processes, Procedures, and Standards. Implementing the Neom Schedule Q and RACI Matrix Chart. To support the Stakeholders by resolving the Critical Quality issues for the Smooth Execution of the Project Activities. Attending Progress Quality Weekly Meetings for multiple Work Orders/Projects, consisting of Neom Village, Ports Marine Works, Infrastructure/Assets Works, Residential Prefab Units, Roads, Water Transmission Pipelines and Water Reservoir Tank. Attending the Site Walkthroughs, Discussing the NCRs issues, Preparing the Root Cause Analysis Reports. On ACONEX, reviewing PQPs, ITPs, WIRs, MIRs, NCRs, Interviewing the proposed Quality Personnel. Participating in Quality audits and advising accordingly. Managing Project Audit Program. Preparing and Implementing the Project Inspection Strategy to cover all Project Phases. Preparing Weekly Quality Dashboard by reflecting the Project KPIs’. Involved in the Testing, Commissioning and Handover Activities.
Managing and Implementing the Quality Standards for various In-house & Out-Source Healthcare Projects. Attending meetings with Vendors and Supply Chain Team members to finalize the Material Issues. Mobilizing the team members from one Project to another Project. Preparing the Quality Control Reports. Discussing and finalizing the Method Statements with Project Stakeholders. Keeping NCRs numbers under allowable limits of the Projects. Making Planning of the department to achieve the Project milestones.
For the SANG Program, Managing the Gate Passes of the Main Contractors, Sub-Contractors, Atkins/F+G Employees for 280 Sites located at Eastern, Western, and Central Regions. Preparing the Gate Passes Status Reports, Sending the Advance Notifications to the Stakeholders to avoid the delay of renewal of Passes. Approximately 210000 Gate Passes issued during the Program duration.
To Manage and Ensure the Quality of all the works carried out at the project site are as per the Client's requirements and in Compliance with ISO Standards, Approved Methods, and Project Specifications. To Review the Project Quality Plan, Method Statements, and Inspection Test Plans. Interacting with Client and Consultant for resolving Quality issues daily. Oversee Project Quality to ensure compliance with Codes, Standards, Regulations, and QMS requirements. Review QMS processes, Identify Potential Risks, and Establish Controls. Monitor and Review the Performance of the Engineer. To ensure that the contractor consistently complies with Quality Standards. Continuously reviewing of all Project log’s Covering Site Inspection Requests, Material Inspection Requests, Method Statements, Material Submittals, NCRs, Site Observations, and Site Instructions. Monitoring the Closing of all issued complaints i.e., NCRs, Site Instructions, and Site Observations to ensure the proper implementation of Quality Standards. Documents Review for all Inspection Request is provided with all technical documents such as approved MIR, Test Reports, Calibration Certificates, Previous copy of Inspection requests & Approved Shop Drawings / As-Built Drawings. To Prepare the Audit Reports and Site Observation Reports.
Monitor day-to-day operations of the QC Department to guarantee compliance with an ISO 9001 QMS. Implementing the Quality Control Procedures, Manual processes for conducting day-to-day Operations, Tests, and Inspections. Evaluating the Quality Performance as per the Client’s requirements. Monitored and implemented the Internal Compliance Audit Program. Developed the QA/QC documentation for the Project (Manuals, Plans, ITPs, Procedures, Instructions, Inspection Forms, and Quality Records). Insured that all Quality Regulatory and Contractual requirements and Company policies are respected. Discussing the technical matters with the technical department, Consultant, and Client. Coordinating non-conformity issues with the Construction Supervision team. Verifying the Calibration of the equipment available/ used at the Project. Conducting QA/QC awareness programs and workshops. Established and Implemented the Reporting System for QA/QC department i.e., Daily, Weekly & Monthly QA/QC reports.
Site Inspections with Consultant & Client representatives for different activities of the project, such as Trenching, Bedding, Pipe laying, Backfilling, Asphalting, Water Proofing and Hydrostatic Testing for the Valves and the main Pipelines. Observing the Hydrostatic Testing for Butterfly valves, Air valves, and Washout Valves, the testing procedure includes Visual testing, Body testing of the valves under Normal Working Pressure, and the Design Pressure. DFT Testing. Preparing QC reports on a Daily, Weekly, Monthly basis. Submitting and following up with MRIRs and RFIs to Consultant. Inspecting the damaged Cement Mortar Lining of the Ductile Iron Pipes and Fittings. Checking the external coatings for the Ductile Iron Pipes & also inspecting the external and internal coatings for Carbon Steel Pipes. Witnessing all the activities for Thrust boring; from launching pit up to interfacing between Carbon Steel Pipes and Ductile Iron Pipes.
Coordinating with all the discipline heads for ongoing Construction activities. Maintaining Quality control and Quality assurance. To inspect the Reinforcement, Formwork, Block Works, Tiles, Marbles, Plaster, Paint, False Ceiling, Doors, Windows, Road Marking in the Parking Areas. Attending Site meetings: Progress Meetings- Internal Safety Meetings- Internal Progress and Planning Meetings with Consultant and Client. Co-coordinating with sub-contractors regarding site executions, progress, Checking, and Verifying the Quantities of the Work done as per site execution. Discussing the Technical issues with consultant & client. Supervising the Site in such a way that it should meet the work schedule.
Worked for Villas and G+2 & G+3 story buildings. Quantities take off for various civil works. Monitoring sub contractors’ progress and payments. Taking care of the safety measures at the site as work progresses. Monitoring the progress of a project against planning. Submitting the orders for Material to Suppliers. Conducting Inspections with Consultant.
Executing the Pile activities by Checking the Sounding of the Bore Hole for the Pile, Cage Lowering, Concreting for Frictional Piles of different diameters. Inspecting the Anti-Termite/Waterproofing activities. Inspecting the required excavation for the Foundation of Pile Caps/Footings & Tie Beams, Reinforcement, Shuttering & Concreting works. To Check the Fixing of Doors, Windows, Wardrobes, Toilets & Bathroom accessories.
