• Managing project management DevOps tools (JIRA, CONFLUENCE, ZEPHYR, and ORANGESCRUM).
• Creating presentations for different testing labs and demonstrating.
• Comparative study on project management tools.
• Participated in Quality Management System Training (ISO9001:2015).
