- Make deal with partners to join the loyalty program, arranging and holding partnership meetings.
- Delivering key aspects of the partnership plans
- lead the launch of a new partnerships through the delivery of successful events .

- Devising the plans and strategies to retain the customers and win their loyalty.
- Making series of decisions regarding the budget and events.
- Developing plans for advertising, sales promotion, public relations.
- Responsible to response on Nojoom-Al Nokhba complaints
- Prepare financial reports as and when required .
