o Site Engineers, Planning, Cost control, QC and store’s, Transportation, Vendor’s and Client’s for and on proceed for Procurement/Logistics & material management on day to day and other related issues
o Assigned clients to understand their distribution networks and determines the logistics resources required to support equipment, safety, personnel and maintenance
• Established “Project Logistics & Material Receipt, Preservation & Control Procedure” (Warehouse/ Material receipt, preservation & control procedure for warehouse department as per company, project and client requirement)

• Holds the distinction of being transferred onto various projects to provide my support for the smooth workflow
• Verifying:
o Document invoices with the delivery note of the content and quality specification as required, contents / Drawing status
o Correctness and accuracy of all material delivery, quantities and process, preparing Material Receiving Visual Inspection Report (MRVIR) on the basics of delivery note and packing list
• Checking the stock physically and monitoring records by data entry for incoming and outgoing of materials and new shipments arrivals from Warehouse and to control the inventory system by using the software packages like FMPRO, TLA, Oracle & Maximo (Basic)
• Ensuring effective preparation of:
o Warehouse, Cold store and lay down area completely compliance with HSE of storage for material, based on projects requirement with collaboration of Planning and Project manager.
• Making sure:
o All corporate and local regulations and procedure are met while compiling with work
• Co-ordinating with supplier’s status of purchase orders for delivery:
o Review the shipments’ documents that have discrepancies and highlight it to sourcing units for corrective actions.
o Track the dispatched shipments (Sea, Air and Land) to Kuwait and update the shipment’s tracker accordingly
o Make sure that clearance agency is clearing the shipments within agreed time and the site warehouse team are offloading the shipments within the agreed lead time.
o Ensure that no demurrages are incurred during the transit of shipments.
o Provide root causes for any incurred demurrages and the resolve them in coordination with the sourcing units.
o Negotiations with the transporters on demurrage root causes and the gaps at transporters' end.
o Monitor the Clearance Agency's performance and highlight any gaps through meetings with the collaboration of the distributor's team to enhance the service level.
o Knowledge in EHS and authority requirement on Hazardous chemical storage / disposable / transportation.
o Monitor Sea fright /Air fright from everywhere in the world to the origin countries
