Temporary project as Freelancer (Well Services)
Provide technical HSE advice and input to ensure a safety environment coordinating day by day HSE activities on-board
of the drilling Site.
Assist rig management in fulfilment of required HSE mandates.
Work in collaboration with drilling contractor and all service companies/contractors to ensure all required equipment and tools are in safe “ready to use” condition.
Conducting training sessions to the field personnel related to safety procedures and issues.
Carry out safety audits and inspections as per audit matrix / plan (e.g. Drops audits, area inspections, PTW audits, lifting operations audit, chemical & explosives storage inspections etc.).
Ensure that simultaneous activities are controlled and performed in a safe manner by defining the responsibilities of all personnel involved in the tasks.
Other HSE routine duties.
Responsible for providing HSE support and ensures effective implementation of Integrated Health, Safety, Environmental policies and procedures during Seismic operations, providing HSE support to the Site supervisors.
Conducting and documenting on-site safety audits and providing safety technical support
Coordination of on-site safety meetings and conducting safety training.
Managing safety team.
Supporting and coaching supervisors and employees
Supporting incident investigation efforts
Conduct risk assessments and identify appropriate levels of risk controls in support of safe operational activities.
Conducting training sessions to the field personnel related to safety procedures and issues.
Maintain open and timely communication with the Senior Drilling Supervisor to organize all rig operations in safe manner.
Recommend the purchase of safety equipment, related supplies, and personal protective equipment (PPE) in accordance with established company requirements.
Other HSE & non-HSE tasks/duties.
• Deliver HSSE activities to support project Sea operating activities in ABOT area.
• Conduct and follow up regular and periodic audits and inspections plans to ensure continuous improvement during the execution of the project on all company vessels.
• Initiate and monitor SIMOPS related works on vessels (towing, anchoring, escorting tankers, etc.) involved in the project.
• Organize and measure the ERP effectiveness trough regular drills as per schedule.
• Ensure the PTW register is updated by all parties requesting works under the COMPANY PTW system.
• Provide support in creating and reviewing risk analysis such as Project risk register, JSAs, HAZOP, etc.
• Provide frontline HSSE support to the execution teams offshore as required.
• Periodically reviewed safety parameters during work operations, HSE audits and monitoring incidents or near misses to enable the implementation of corrective action
• Liaise with the onsite Medical staff and ensure medical drills and evacuation are regularly conducted.
• Prepare periodic Project HSE Performance review. Maintain appropriate HSE and associated records.
• Support the QHSE Manager in providing oversight and guidance for site SHES performance during project fieldwork.
• All other HSE daily, weekly tasks and reporting required to assure compliance with the Company and Contractor Regulations and rules.
• Develop company HSE Management System and secure management approval - led the development, implementation, maintenance and improvement of the HSEQ Management System, aligned with ISO 45001, ISO 14001, ISO 9001 standards
• Administer all aspects of HSE Management System at sites, including monitoring & measuring of company’s HSE performance, incidents & emergencies management (fire, safety, lifesaving equipment, statutory requirements).
• Direct and coordinate strategic planning, organization and execution of the HSE Management System including resource allocation, client relations, risk mitigation strategies, site audits, regulatory compliance, incident investigations, subcontractor management, participate in contractor kick-off meetings.
• Conduct Health and Safety audits and inspections on all company owned and hired floating equipment(s) - initiate follow-up audit activities to verify them and record the effectiveness of the corrective and preventive actions
• Assist to Contractors Drilling and Completions department and contractor teams to deliver an exemplary HSE performance.
• Observe cards tracking, ensure adequate corrective actions are undertaken for most significant stop cards. Led pre-works’ facilities’ inspections - PSSRs (Pre-Startup Safety Review), pre-VID inspection checks.
• Assist in development and conducting safety training courses and participating in training and development of professionals in the area of safety and loss prevention.
• To provide SIMOPS support and direction to all responsible offshore Sites before and during SIMOPS, by ensuring safe systems of work are in place prior to activities being carried out and during all the period of SIMOPS. Do daily checks on place.
• Support the development and realization of a 'Zero Incident Culture' in a way that serious injuries are prevented and best in class HSE performance is achieved.
• Manage work permit system issues - site checks, toolbox talks, compliance reviews, equipment assessment.
• Direct company Safety Officer(s) and security contractors in execution of security issues, access control and evacuation response.
• Responsible for providing HSE support and ensures effective implementation of Integrated Health, Safety, Environmental policies and procedures during Drilling and Workover rig operations, providing HSE support to the well site supervisors.

FGP/WPMP CATRO (Prorva) Project
• Acted as IIF Coordinator - delivered safety awareness to staff and contract workers by conducting daily toolbox talks and leading internal training programs and other.
• Development, implementation, assessment and review of a comprehensive occupational, health and safety management plan which emphasizes safety in the workplace through management and staff involvement in the preparation of safe work practices and maintaining Sarens BV” as self insured employer
• Improved workers’ well-being across the sites through consistent monitoring of overall activities, including lifting/rigging works, working at height, earthworks, and transportation (SIMOPS).
