Currently working as Sr. PROJECT Executive with complete knowledge to carry out the technical review, approval and process of all technical submittals such as drawings, materials, method statement and code compliance. Also responsible for Obtaining approval of drawings to ensure effective management, including the control of site progress, control of site meetings, etc. His multi-tasking nature and quick grasping skills makes him a team player.

BMS and Fire Alarm Systems:
Responsibilities:
• Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Fire Alarm Systems, Public Address Systems, IBMS Systems.
• Designing of the Entire system as per tender specifications and client requirements.
• Designing the appropriate locations of Fire Panels, DDC Controllers and DDC Panels
• Making the I/O Summary and Termination details.
• Supervision of Installation, Testing and calibration of Field Equipments such as Differential Pressure Switches & Transmitters, Pressure and Temperature sensors.
• Supervision of work right from the design and conceptualization stage till handover
of the site.
Access Control and CCTV Surveillance Systems:
Responsibilities:
• Design, installation, configuration, integration, testing and commissioning of Access Control and CCTV Surveillance, Barriers and other systems.
• Working with WINPAK series software for Access Control.
• Installation of MS SQL 2008 Server and Configuration of database.
• Linking the CCTV and Access Control System with the SQL Database to store the data (Alarms, Cardholder, Events and Videos) in the database storage.
