Job Description
Implement production scheduling, delegating, coordinating and carries out the overall production activities to ensure the highest level of productivity and product quality.
• Study drawings and specifications and prepare material estimate for Customer orders.
• Prepare material scheduling.
• Issue requisition to Stores for materials as per Material Schedule;
• Coordinate with Stores for material requirements.
• Plan daily production based on overall monthly production plan.
• Supervise all the production activities and offer feedback and instruction to all factory workers regarding productivity and quality improvement.
• Interact and exchange information with production workers and supervisors for day to day activities.
• Ensure all production plans and deadlines are adhered to.
• Prepare daily production report (daily work done by each fabricator and actual production output of the plant)
• Coordinate with Powder Coating Department and agree on a weekly powder coating run.
• Participate in the Employee's performance evaluation processes.
• Perform other duties as required to support the activities and initiatives of the company.

Field Service Engineer For Khurais Project
Responsibilities:
•Install and pull out Electrical Submersible Pumps (ESP) in oil wells, assembled and pulled the equipment From the well. The installation of those pumps lasted about 2 days at the rig location from the moment that installation began until the well started to produce.
•Write and fill out preliminary reports on the cause of failures when removing an ESP from the well, besides other documents such as: installation reports, pulling reports, field service reports, field tickets and shipment order, among others required by the company and the client.
•Monthly collection of electrical current, voltage, fluid dynamics level from the ESP's currently running in the wells.
•Carry out monthly campaigns of maintenance of the surface equipment like Variable speed drives, switchboards and transformers which supply the electrical power to the ESP's installed in the wells.

Project 1: PIPING ENGINEERING from Silicon Institute of Piping Engineering Following Activities can be carried out during the tenure of the project 1) LAYOUT ACTIVITIES: a) Design and Development of Equipment Layouts. b) Design and Development of Piping Layouts. c) Preparation of Tendering and Bulk Material Take Off (MTO) from P&ID's and equipment layouts. d) Preparation of Isometric Drawings with Bill Of Material from Piping GAD. 2) Material Activities: a) Various Calculations as per ASME 31.3 like: i) Thickness calculations of pipe. ii) Reinforcement pad calculations. iii) Dyke wall calculations. iv) Miter Bend Calculations. b) Preparation of piping Specifications as per process data Project 2: "Design of HVAC on commercial complex" This project was done during the final academic year of engineering in June 2008.Theoretical knowledge was attained from the professors, journals, internet search was been done. Practically the project was started in the workshop of our college and later all the practical help was given by the technical engineers in a company named TEC, Project helped to gain in depth Knowledge about various parameters of ASHRAE. Specifications and drawings of an apartment, air handling unit, motor chillers and lubricant types of ascot are used in the process. Designing and drafting HVAC on commercial complex. Key highlights of the project is as under • Taking a civil plan of complex • Finding heat load calculations of all the rooms in complex • Related formulae calculations and standards of ASHRAE
