Troubleshooting and resolving access management and provisioning workflow errors
Perform Identity and access management activities
Updating existing access management and provisioning workflows
Execute and track security process related activities including User ID management
Manage operations within the IAM environment at the client, including application patching and upgrades and certificate management
Establishes and maintains good working relationships with all IAM customers
Managing Escalation Process
Escalations to be resolved within 24 Hours
Dealing with escalations/complaints from customer via Service Management
Understanding the difference between Escalation & Expedite Request.
Identity & Access Management
* IT proficient using SAP, Lotus Notes, UNIX & Active Directories.
* Following up with delinquent clients.
*Handling Create/Delete/Modify User or Group Requests
*Confirming Request Authorisation
*Verifying Approval
*Managing Internal Kyndryl Requests
*Managing Privileged access requests
*Password reset
*Deleting accounts in accordance with security & audit guideline
*Updating user accounts (name changes, User ID changes)
