Doubling of Railway Track from Jhansi to Bhimsen
Current CTC: 2.4 LPA+ veh+ Accommodation
Project Details: The project consists of G+ 18 floors (25 Towers) residential apartments are Developed on 20.70 acres of land with 83% landscaped terrain, the development has 2134 residential apartment units with estimated occupancy of around 9000 people.
Work Profile: Responsible for Estimation, Site execution, Quality control, Co-ordination with contractors & consultants, Monitoring of other works such as:-
•Checking the works for specified quality according to drawings.
•Preparing DPRs & MPRs.
•Preparing Weekly Labour Bills.
•Checking shuttering, Reinforcement and Reinforcement schedules.
•Respond to the subcontractors queries.
•Checking for estimate of all construction items as per architectural, structural drawings.
•Using Shuttering technique Aluminum Shuttering (Mani Shuttering) and conventional Shuttering
Current CTC: 3.0 LPA + Accommodation +Vehicle
Project Details: Doubling between Jhansi to Bhimsen stations on Jhansi Division of North Central Railway. It includes formation Major & Minor bridge works, steel girder bridges, construction of Service Buildings and Staff Quarters, Construction of Platforms and other associated work.
Work Profile: Responsible for Site execution, Quality control, Co-ordination with contractors.
•Field checks for contractor’s Requests For Inspection(RFI)
•Supervision and approval of the materials, equipment and workmanship proposed by the contractors.
•The performance of Interface Management for smooth project implementation.
•Tests and completion certificate.
•Maintain record of all assets.
•Inventory of completed works.
•Superintendence of the contractor’s performance of works.
•Review and monitoring of the work, making regular checks and submitting periodic progress reports.
