Job Responsibility-
▪ Project Leader for - JCB Skid Steer Cab development for the global market
▪ Project Leader for- JCB US Canopy & Cab development
▪ Reviewing the Development plans with customer & internal departments.
▪ Development of press parts (forming, draw & blanking etc) at various supplier end.
▪ Take essential measures for cost reduction & quality improvement.
▪ Re-work Minimization & cost savings.
▪ Costing of new/modi ied parts & fabricated assemblies
