Ensure All Hydraulic tool & component repair -pumps, types (piston, vene, gear, variable& fix) motor, D.C valve, flow control, counter Balance, relief, reducing valve, cylendr, single, double acting &telescope cylendr, rotery actuator, accumalater, hydraulic pneumatic winch, hydraulic jack & hand Pump, all type fitting - N.P.T, JIC, Matric, B.S.P, U.N.F thread, hydraulic pressure testing & flushing. Hydraulic hose fabricate, hydraulic, pneumatic &control panel tubing & piping job. Hydraulic trouble shooting job & problem solved.

JOB PROFILE—MECHANICAL
Ensure all Mechanical tool& rotating equipment repair all types gear box, century fugal pump (mechanical seal type, gland type) reciprocating high pressure pump, vertical turbine pump. All type valve-ball valve, check valve, butter fly valve, gate valve, and glob valve float valve. Replace all type bearing &seal. Oil cooler, heat exchanger
• Repair & service air compressor diesel engine fuel injection pump, air starter motor.
• Handle all type projects like machine commissioning, installing part of machine job.
• Alignment of diesel engine to alternator& propeller shaft, motor to pump, motor to gearbox.
• Ensure all repair pneumatic tool & component
• .Extensive knowledge of the repair & maintenance earthmoving equipment-forklift.
• Extensive knowledge of preventive, running& shutdown maintenance, drilling, taping, verneir caliper, bore gauge deep gauge, and micrometer.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Learn the procedures as they relate to product line service equipment.
• Independtly operate and perform basic troubleshooting and major/ minor repair of product line service.
• Assist in job safety analysis, job coordination & job installation with supervisor& customer on.
• Assist in pre- job safety meeting.
• Work assignment carried out to the highest quality level.
• Perform various other duties & activities as assigned by supervisor within the physical constraints of the job.
• The physical ability to immediately respond to emergency situation.
