• Implemented a sound compliance and valuations of counterparties to manage the risk of default at minimum by them. Strictly implemented the makers and checker concept to improve the transparent decisions and managing the deviations from the investment and operating policies.
• Implemented asset back investments strategy to reduce the risk of investing in the NBFCs.
• Improved the 700 basis points of returns from the most of the debt related investments.
• Improved cost rationalization and profitability standards of branches. Merged couple of branched to minimized the cost and productivity.
• Proposed many investment strategy to deviate from the currency and country risk of the Zambia. Achieved a great asset appreciation and return with a lower risk while implementing these strategies.
