Currently i am working with Media Solutions FZ LLC, Dubai - UAE. Media Solution is one of the early adapter of Cloud Technologies in GCC region and practicing and serving varieties of solutions based on Cloud Technologies like Office 365, Hosted Exchange, Hosted SharePoint, Dedicated Hosted Server and Cloud base Backup etc. Parallel to this Media Solution also takes Managed IT service contract, Infrastructure design and planing for their clients.
I have worked with Gateway Group of Companies, Ahmedabad as a Sr. Engineer Technical Support. Gateway is in IT & ITES from last 15 years having presence in 21 Countries across globe. I was a part of Gateway’s RIM division which provides Infrastructure Management Service to the overseas end clients.
My role and responsibilities at Gateway Group of Companies (India).
• Leading and Managing IT Team.
• Designing and planning IT solutions based on Windows Server Technologies for their overseas Clients.
• Test and Evaluate different product like McAfee Endpoint Encryption for PC, EEFF, EPO, DLP (Data Loss Prevention), Bluecat, Trend DLP and Lumension and providing support to the end client.
• Managing MAC OS X webserver with 100+ websites for US clients.
• Managing Webhosting server on Windows and Linux with CPanel, WHC, and HELM. Plesk, etc., web control panel.
Onsite deputation (Dubai - UAE, Feb - 2010 to Dec - 2013)
I was deputed onsite to Dubai - UAE, through Indian company to work with Media Solutions FZ LLC partner of Gateway. Media Solution is one of the early adapter of Cloud Technologies in GCC region and practicing and serving varieties of based on Cloud Technologies like Office 365, Hosted Exchange, Hosted SharePoint, Dedicated Hosted Server and Cloud base Backup etc. Parallel to this Media Solution also takes Managed IT service contract, Infrastructure design and palming for their clients. During my onsite tenure I worked as Sr. IT Consultant for Media Solutions and as IT Manager for Hamilton Design (client of Media Solutions).
My role and responsibilities for Media Solution.
• Leading and Managing IT Department for Media Solutions.
• Managing multiple client and providing IT solutions on different technology all over UAE for Media Solutions.
• Providing Support on Microsoft Technology, Cloud based Technologies, Firewall, VPN, Printing solutions etc.,
• Providing support and solution on hosted Microsoft Exchange 2003/2007/2010 Mail server, Office 365, Windows Domain, DNS, DHCP, and Print Server.
• Leading and Managing IT Department as IT Manager for Hamilton Design (250+ users, Media Solution’s client). Where I was supposed to manage multiple sites across UAE and manage IT team for Hamilton Design.
• Managing Trend Micro Antivirus Server and Symantec Backup Exec server.
I have worked with Gujarat Sysport Services Pvt. Ltd. Ahmadabad. As a System Administrator.
My role and responsibilities at Gujarat
• Leading IT team and managing other IT staff.
• Managing Windows Server AD, DNS, DHCP, IIS Web Server.
