Responding calls which contains questions, concerns and technical issues regarding Uwallet like:
-Resetpassword for their accounts.
-Activatetheir wallets when they are suspended.
-Checkthe transactions they made and verify if they are successful or not.
-Guidthe customer how to send transactions, cash in, cash out, paying bills, how to deal with their Master cards and to not giving any details about their wallets.
-Checkingtheir Master cards when they are facing problems like couldn't cash out or pay by shadowing some trouble-shootings.
-Toset customer expectations by solving their problems and make them satisfied.
