Job Description:
❖ Implement structured programs to resolve current conflicts and anticipate possible ones.
❖ Administrate activities and communications to build and maintain excellent relationship between management and employees.
❖ Coordinate HR systems deployment sessions & visits
❖ Administrate ER program (entertainment & special benefits)
❖ Conduct Exit interviews (face to face & phone call interviews)
❖ Interviewing existing employees to gather information about how moral, satisfaction and their reaction toward specific actions that have been taken or will be taken
❖ Responsible for handling & tracking employee complains
❖ Prepares reports on employees feedback in timely manner
❖ Introduce new benefits for employees in monthly bases (Monetary & Non-monetary)
❖ Prepare and Communicate WASLA Magazine, announcements and decisions
❖ Responsible for the department monthly reports, budget and scorecard tracking
❖ Assist in any other ad hoc HR project as required
