Monitor and operate All Zain Charging System network nodes(prepaid) effectively and promptly react to all network-related faults. This includes the actions of alarms and trouble tickets and adherence to procedures.
Deploy & Ensure accurately charging configurations.
Produce predefined statistics required against Charging Systems O&M.;
Record and maintain system data models, processes, work-flows and configuration changes.
Adhere to processes, procedures, activities and systems for accurate recording and reporting of system operation, maintenance, outages and downtime.
Liaise closely with internal customers to ensure that planned outages to the billing system minimize the risk of de-stabilization to the business..
Coordinate with vendor support problem reporting and any upgrade of billing software releases that are required to keep the business systems up to date and to minimize the risk of de-stabilizing the business.
Responsible of Charging Systems backups and retrieval.
Insure compliance with all applicable policies & regular requirements on Information Security.
Good knowledge of CBIO system.
Familiar with billing system TABS 5.6
Handling mediation process in TABS billing system:
- Files pulling from different nodes through FTP scripts.
- Processing pulled files in appropriate database (files registration).
- Plan, schedule and run monitoring scripts, including correction of rejected CDRs for reprocessing CDRs based on billing system.
- Write PL/SQL, Shell or Perl Scripts to fix bulk data.
- Files translation and filtering.
- Moving files to TABS.
- Administrating mediation server.
- Plan, perform and report on daily operations, and maintain procedures for daily operation.
Handling bill cycles.
- Mid-month billing cycles.
- Month closing cycles.
Handling rating processes and insures everything is ok with excellent problem solving skills in case of problems.
Generating reports as required by other business departments.
Handling provisioning module (activation) for new services and products in system.
Handling credit control module in TABS billing system and configuring new setup.
