Develop the strategy and annual plan of the TL&D Department.
 Prepare the TL&D Budget and act as the budget controller.

• Responsible for receiving all users’ complaining calls at Olympic Group, discovering the problem and Troubleshoot computer problems (First Level) and advise users on appropriate action to resolve problems remotely.
