- Prepare internal and external advertisements for the open vacancies
- Carry out initial Screening and phone interviews.
- Coordinate all interviews' logistics and interview, assess, check references
and select candidates.
- Build status report for what is done regarding current recruitment processes.
- Prepare job offers as per company recruitment policies and communicate with accepted candidates regarding the job offer.
- Collection of hiring documents ensuring that it's complete and up to date and finalize employment contract for new comers.
- Conduct company on-boarding program and orientation of new comers.
- Carry out new comers' probation period evaluation with direct manager and conduct feedback.
- Represent the organization at job fairs and recruitment events.
- Conducting exit interviews and communicate results to management recommending necessary actions.
- Handle all external issues with the medical care company (Approvals, Claims, addition and deletion), follow up service level and answer employees quires regarding services.
-Update the organization chart and Job descriptions with key persons and managers.
-Coordinate with Quality Assurance to assure that all forms and documents are compatible with ISO standards.
- Act as HR first line support to employees and assist them in understanding organization's policies and procedures.
Work planning considering time and cost of operations.
Delegating work to staff and managing their workload and output.
Follow up implementation progress and communicate with customers.
Keep general manager informed by reviewing and analyzing special reports; summarizing information; identifying trends.
Carrying out staff appraisals, recruitment process of new staff and monitor the new hire orientation.
Contribute in setting standards and policy for the level of service offered and communication with customers.
Compose letters, memorandums and correspondences.
Schedule appointments, maintain calendar and allocate manager’s time.
Schedule meetings and prepare meetings' agenda.
Send, receive and distribute emails.
Maintain accurate records and filing system for work dairies and documents.
