Serve as the lead point of contact for authors, editors and reviewers during the whole review process.
•Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with authors, editors and reviewers.
•Track the workflow process at all stages to ensure timely completion of the process on time within scope.
•Develop trusted advisor relationships with production unit in order to ensure receiving all materials required to proceed with the production cycle.
•Ensure timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to author needs and objectives.
•Clearly communicate the progress of the workflow process to author and internal departments and update them with any new information.
•Develop new business with existing authors and/or identify areas of improvement.
•Manage emails and correspondence and prepare reports on monthly basis.
•Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation and update records and databases of author, editors and reviewers in ERP systems.
•Collaborate with other teams to identify problems and ensure that they are resolved.
•Assist with challenging authors requests or issue escalations as needed.
Resolve customer complaints via phone.
•Use telephones to reach out to customers and verify account information.
•Inform customer of deals and promotions
•Compile reports on overall customer satisfaction.
•Advise on company information.
•Take payment information and other pertinent information such as addresses and phone numbers.
Use online market research and search engines and tools to gather data and information about our scientific fields and authors.
•Remain fully informed about the market and trending fields and implement best practices.
•Ownership of Key Performance Indicators of our market strategies.
•Measure the effectiveness of current marketing programs and strategies and Create and implement new strategies.
•Optimize the data results gained from the analytical techniques for our marketing campaigns and branding.
•Keep abreast of new online sources and make sure that our online data is up to date.
