1. Selling & marketing for Calibration, Qualification, GMP & GPD Consultation Services.
2. Meeting, working with & following up different types of customers and sectors i.e. Industrial Sector, Medical Sector i.e. Hospitals, Laboratories, Pharmaceutical Companies & Factories, Drug Stores, Food Sector, Hotels Sector, Engineering & Constructions Sector, Chemical Sector, Export Sector, Science & Research Sector, etc.
3. Preparing the Top Management several reports i.e. a monthly action plan report, Sales & Marketing Analysis for the performance report issued at the end of each month to the Top Management .
4. Participating with the Top Management to put the strategy plan for sales & marketing.
5. Preparing a monthly visiting plan to the Top Management that indicates sectors to be covered, customers to be visited, number of visits per month, a complete market coverage & survey that indicates competitors market coverage, distribution, their customers, their market share.
1. Selling & marketing for different types of gases in gas phase (package/cylinder) i.e. Oxygen, Hydrogen, Nitrogen, Carbon Dioxide, Argon, Acetylene, Mix Gases, Specialty Gases or in a liquid phase like Liquid Oxygen (LOX), Liquid Nitrogen (LIN), etc.

3. Preparing the Top Management several reports i.e. daily customers’ requirements report, monthly action plan report, weekly action plan report, annual budget report.
4. Participating with the Top Management to put the strategy plan for sales & marketing.
5. Contributing to represent RUM in “MENA Energy, Oil & Gas 2013 Exhibition” held 4th & 5th Nov 2013 in Le Meridian Hotel Amman.

Being the main focal correspondence between Dijla and all external companies worldwide in a form of explaining, supporting and conveying Dijla’s business strategy and being keen to launch, maintain and strengthen successful mutual and permanent business deals and relationships with these companies.
2. Being responsible for handling, purchasing and negotiating all business deals and inquiries Dijla requires out of food items i.e. meat, chicken, soy, soy fiber, etc, food techniques, machines for the factory, uniforms for the labours, spare parts and equipments from UK, Netherlands, USA, India, Sweden, Brazil, Australia, Germany, Italy, Spain, France, Argentina, China.
3. Having the full authority to speak, negotiate and confirm on behalf of the Chairman.
1. Arranging, performing & attending all the contacts, meetings as well as arranging reception for high calibre companies and attendees.
2. Helped in designing & formulating the Co.’s Brochure & the Website.
3. Being totally responsible to handle all external correspondence with international companies.
4. Being totally responsible to handle, prepare and arrange for big events, conferences, meetings taking place in Jordan relevant to Re-insurance field.

1. Managing all the Vice President & the Director of Sales Office work out of,
a. Interviews, meetings, appointments, etc., in & outside the office
b. Translation from English to Arabic & VS
c. Handling Courier Service by creating billing system all outgoing mail (Domestically & Internationally).
d. Managing hotel, plane, train, etc. reservation and arranging all Social & Business Events.
e. Creating all the purchasing requisitions & orders.
f. Checking, revising and creating financially all the Expenses, Check Requests, Petty Cash.
g. Creating all reports e.g., Daily Sales Report, Market Prices Report (Competitors), Operational Corporate Expenses Reports.
h. Having the authority to decide for the Director of Sales and the VP in critical issues.
1. Performing all the secretarial services that a business man requires, such as Photocopying, faxing, translation, typing, Internet accessing, renting special items that the in-house guest requires from mobiles, laptops, printers, fax machines.
2. Handling the courier services treatments with different famous courier Companies like UPS, FedEx, and DHL depending upon the guests’ requests.
3. Reserving meeting rooms for the in-house guests as well as big corporate companies.
1. Handling the communication & the correspondence among the Sheraton Hotels in Egypt, Gulf Area, Lebanon and Syria.
2. Handling the clerical work of the Area Director of Finance’s Office.
3. Helping the Finance Team creating Budget, Accounting Reports, Expenses, Check Requests, etc.,
