oWorking on designs and prepares plans and specifications, develops cost estimates
oDeveloping construction bid proposals & reviewing bid specifications.
oPreparing reports and correspondence.
oLeading the designing of all architectural aspects of construction projects.
oReviewing final specifications, approving ordered materials, and providing overall guidance on objectives and concepts.
oPresenting designs to clients in order to ensure satisfaction.
o Approving the work of junior design staff.
oApproving technical documentation such as drawings and specifications for construction projects.
oDeveloping project budgets, work schedules & approving estimates

Duties:
oPreparing and presenting feasibility reports and design proposals to clients.
oBuilding concept plans, designs and design solutions.
oProducing detailed workings drawings.
oUsing software packages such as AutoCAD & Adobe Photoshop in architectural drawings and design.
oRegular site visit and supervising site related processes and procedures ensuring that works are carried out to specification.
Project Description: Project name is Sandorini Country Club, located at 64Km Cairo-Alex. High way,
Total area of Sandorini is 60 feddans contains more than 200 villas.
