Worked as Project Manager in Almarai Company, Saudi arabia from OCT.2009 to Feb 2013. I was managing the construction of new factory facilities and renovation of existing ones including factory buildings and Cold storages in CPP (Central Processing Plant, Almarai Company-Alkharj, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia). This also included STP/ETP, Accommodation buildings, roads, watertanks etc.
Worked as Project Manager in Chaithanya Homes, Kottayam, Kerala, India. As project Manager for Real Estate projects, Right from feasibility studies for projects including multi-storeyed buildings (flats) and independent posh villas to final completion and successfully handing over to the respective parties (people who have booked flats & villas).
1. EPIC for the Supply, Installation & Commissioning of MOL standby pumps (for qatar Petroleum)
2. Construction of Additional Tanks & Refurbishment of existing tanks for the storage of potable water from the sea water refinery.
3. Construction of New SewageTtreatment Plant for Dhukan Township (Qatar Petroleum)
