RESPONSIBILITY:
• Prepare the quotation. And follow up with the customer for the purchase order.
• Place the purchase order. And follow up with the supplier for expediting the delivery.
• Arrange the delivery to customer facility on time.
• Coordinating with engineers and customers to rectify the customer complaint.
• Preparing and updating customer complaint register.
• Maintain and follow up AMC
• Prepare the HSE related documents such as risk assessment and method of statement
for the service related jobs
Updating paperwork, maintaining documents
• Coordinating events as necessary.
• Creating, maintaining and entering information into databases.
• Sort and distribute communication in a timely manner.
• Assist accounting data entry
RESPONSIBILITY:
• Ensure all work safety trainings for the crew are organized prior to task handling
(PPE, PTW, Emergency Preparedness trainings etc.)
• Ensure all the valid certificates are available with the crewmembers
• Identify potential hazards and implement appropriate control measures at work site
as approved by area site supervisor
• Following the Job Safety Analysis (JSA) / Risk Assessments
• Maintain Safety documents as per company guidelines and client requirements
• Ensuring 100% compliance to all statutory requirements pertaining to safety of the
client
Assisting Toolbox talk and Implementing of health and safety rules
• Observes operations and activities, report unsafe conditions and practices
• Monitoring of all hot works (such as welding, cutting, grinding, etc.)
• Report all near misses
• Ensure safe work practice and safety rules and regulations are following in sites.
