• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, manage and reconcile general ledgers, and prepare weekly, monthly, and periodic reports.
• Receive, register, verify, and process invoices, ensuring accurate recording of transactions.
• Monitor payments for both local and foreign suppliers, scrutinize debtors and creditors accounts, and oversee the reconciliation of supplier statements with the books of accounts.
• Process payroll for a workforce of over 700 employees, including the preparation of leave settlements and final settlements.
• Manage bank reconciliations in both local and foreign currencies, and handle monthly provisions for rent, depreciation, insurance, and other expenses.
• Completes month closing & year closing within prescribed time limit under tight deadline pressure.

• Maintain various books of accounts, including Cash, Bank, Purchases, Journal, Ledger, and Inventories.
• Monitor the collection of accounts receivable from clients, interface with banks, and reconcile clients accounts.
• Conducted month and year-end closing functions, encompassing tasks such as journal entries, financial statement preparation, extensive account reconciliation, and variance analysis.

• Handle all functions of Accounts Receivable & Payable, including debtors / Creditors reconciliation.
• Process invoices raised by vendors, verify all particulars and release payments on time.
• Analyse expenditure with budget and ensure expenditure control.
• Checking stores inventory thru Invoices, Stock balance, MIV, MRV, Requisition notes etc.
• Assist Head of Accounts for prepare financial statements / reports & Account finalization.

• Liaising with clients (individuals, firms & companies) and providing financial information and advice.
• Maintaining accounting records and preparing accounts and management information for small & large business.
• Preparing financial statement for clients / companies for submitting tax returns such as Income tax, Sales tax, Service tax etc.
