Work involved as Operations and Maintenance of Instrumentation and Process control automated systems in WTP, ETP, Cooling tower, Machine control parameters

involved in managing day to day activities of power plant 1200 MW, WTP, DSP, SWPH plant for pure water production for thermal power plant 12200 MW

• Erection, Installation activities of Instrumentation and Control systems for Oil & Gas plant
• Testing and calibration of instrumentation equipment, Loop checking, commissioning and operation
• Detail engineering work for instrumentation and control systems for Oil & Gas Plant Project
• Maintenance of instrumentation and process control systems of Oil & Gas Plant Project
• Monitoring and Recording control room and field readings, maintaining housekeeping status
• Preparing schedules and upkeep of all the instruments for day to day running of the plant
• Procurement of spares necessary for smooth functioning of the plant
• Safe start up and shutdown, stabilising the plant during emergencies include monitoring of equipments, condition of parameters.
• Experience in PLCs, DCS, SCADA, AC/DC VFD drives and Automated systems
• Experience in Process Instruments related to all kind of Smart, Non Smart and Communication protocols & Interfacing such as Foundation Field Bus, HART, Profibus, Ethernet, Control System networking, Modbus
• Engaged in man power schedule activities, Preventive and Shutdown maintenance activities of Oil & Gas Plant
• Engaged in Preparing ERP, RCFA, MTTR, MTBF, JSA, TBT and following commercial codes of ISO 9001, IEC, ANSI & HSE 14001 standards

• Commissioning of field and control room instruments (electronic and pneumatic types) such as all types of sensors, transmitters, gas detectors, controllers, control valves, electronic indicators, recorders, totalizers
• Commissioning of junction boxes, control panels, cable trays, cables, impulse tube lines and testing
• Knowledge in Instrumentation P &IDs, location plan diagram, Schematic wiring diagram, Instrument hook up diagram, loop wiring diagram, Instrument cable block diagram, I/O testing, fault finding, Trip logics diagrams,
• Knowledge in hazardous area Gas group zone classification, limitation of work in these area and safety protection
