Knowledge of Dewatering, Piling works, Jack hammering, Chipping, Excavation and Trenching, Backfilling and Compaction, Shuttering and De shuttering (Diaphragm), Longing works (cranes), Steel fixing, Concrete, Pouring Pumping, Asphalting, Road diversion etc.
Analysis of the working activities, identification of the sources risk
Signals of prohibition, signals of warning, signals of prescription e) Life saving or of help Signal f) signals of information
Reviewing of emergency response plans/manuals and documented procedures based on Client requirement.
Keeping in touch with relevant Client safety documents and emergency procedures.

Plan and Implement traffic sign board and safety related sign board for drivers and employees at the site
Daily routine checking at the site.
Develop and maintain environmental health and safety policies.
Conducting periodic safety health audits. Assist with accident investigation and implement necessary corrective action to prevent future incidents.
Analyze hazardous conditions and risk assessments Educate and encourage employees to follow safety rules and take precautions to protect themselves and their equipments they use from damage.
Provide external and internal training on safety issues for employees, updating displaying information and instructions about handling new machinery and substances.
Prepare all the supporting documents to obtain the construction related permits from DPW, Fire Dept & Corps of Engineers.
Managing and directing employees of different nationalities to complete a project in accordance with the plan and coordinate material deliveries.
Holds the prime responsibility of maintaining the safety of the site and resolving disputes between the various subcontractors and crews.
Extra tasks were assigned to monitor productivity issues, work performance, efficiency of employees, prepare time sheets and to attend the pre-construction meeting with the corps of Engineers.
conduct inspection on all the heavy equipments and vehicles utilized in the sites and report all deficiencies and discrepancies to the HSE Manager.

Inspect work areas to ensure work areas are properly cleaned and in order to promoting and insuring good housekeeping practice are kept
Conducted periodical inspection s of all Fire Extinguishers
Sound knowledge about the heavy equipment operation.
Prepare monthly safety performance report
Assist the Supervisor in Periodical safety Inspections and maintaining the documentation and paper work.
