• Facilitates the Move In of new tenant to the property and perform a thorough walk- through inspection at tenant's presence.

• Address the maintenance complain from the tenants by making reports to be forwarded to the Maintenance department who will address the issue.
• Facilities Management - schedules maintenance and repairs, negotiates contracts with vendors, regularly inspects property to ensure it is in good working order, quickly resolves emergency maintenance issues.
• Prepare all permits and other documents needed prior to job execution. Issuing keys to technicians/vendors, logging said keys out/in, ensuring return of said keys.
• Managing service providers and sub-contractors in all minor and major works for different facilities in the building. Ensure that the vacant units are prepared in shortest possible time, inspect to ensure the completion of the works and advise the leasing of the flats ready for occupancy.
• Ensure all the Programmed Preventive Maintenance (PPM) & Corrective Maintenance (CM) tasks are achieved on time for all Units. Develop clear understanding with service provider in terms of control of contracts service level agreement, quality of personnel, availability of resources and weekly reporting format.
• Assist the Account Department for the payment of service charges, collection or replacement of cheque/cash from tenant, bounced cheque follow-up with tenant and Legal lodgment of returned cheque.
• At the direction of the PM, visit managed properties to perform or assist in the performance of management duties
• Generally to assist in all functions of the Property Management Department.
