More than six years working as a client planning Engineer in Kuwait Oil Company and Handling Project Gate system, BSC (Balanced score card, KPI (Key performance indicators) MBO (Monthly Business outlook), Project Master list, Quarterly Project Reports (QPR), Capital Program Monthly reports (CPM), KOC Board of directorate dash Boards and Pre-Project Progress Reports (PPR), Project Management Information system (PMIS), Capital Expenditure (CAPEX) & Operational Expenditure (OPEX) reports, Budget Re-phasing exercise, General Management Review (GMR) documents, State audit Bureau (SAB) reports, Preparation and updating of Project weekly & monthly summary reports for higher management review meetings etc..
As a client Planning Engineer (KOC), Performing review and approval of Contractor baseline schedules, recovery schedules, forecast schedules, shutdown schedules etc… Conducting regular Site Visits & attending weekly and Monthly progress review meeting with the Contractor. Review of Contractor’s Invoices, PMS and providing approval. Monitor & Control Contractors projects progress and providing mitigation plan/ taking corrective actions to rectify the delays, if any. Coordination for Adjustment Orders/ Variations with Contractors and KOC management to assure the timely issuance of the same.
