• Preparing Food nationalization report.
• Updating redeployment tracker.
• Attending events to support recruiter.
• MRF assignment & generation.
• HRSSI update.
• Maintain & update current vacancy report in the standard format for areas of responsibility and communicate to recruitment team members and Line Managers as required.
• Maintain up to date records relating to source of hire, time to hire and cost to hire information in the standard formats for areas of responsibility and as required by Line Manager.
• Perform all duties on the Oracle system as required and maintain records in satisfactory state.
• Conduct on-line pre-screening and telephone screening/interviewing when necessary, according to a detailed briefing from Line Manager.

• Handling insurance for all Alshaya KSA candidates.
• Issuing insurance to new joiners and cancel the insurance of the leavers.
• Create Purchase Orders (PO) on monthly basis for all new joiners and arrange the Insurance company payment on monthly basis.
• Also collect the candidate’s medical claims for reimbursement and send their cheques once received from Insurance Company.
• I used to send the daily reports to my Manager.
