Responsible for execution of internal audit, IFC and Internal Control Testing, Flow Chart Preparation, Business Process Mapping and Risk Assessment
Main Responsibilities:
Representation of the firm on a variety of Audit Assignments comprising
of Statutory Audit, Internal Audit, Special Audit, Tax Audit, GST (Indirect
Tax) Audit and Physical Verification of Assets including stocks.
Preparation of the Draft and Final Audit Report after discussion with
Management of the Company and our Reporting Authority.
Other Responsibilities:
Preparation of financial statements as per applicable financial reporting
framework.
Preparation and filing of GST return.
Filing of the report to Central Bank of the Country on remittances received
from foreign holdings.
Companies Act Compliances
