• Reporting to directly Operation Manager.
• Tracking the inbound / outbound operation process to identify problems in operational issues
• Follow relevant parties related to different locations
• Forwarding all appropriate documentation ( Bill of lading/Customs documentation, Arrival Notice etc )
• Support Freight Forwarding Projects (New business Projects) such as data analysis, prepare RFR (Bidding), preparation of strategic logistics solutions and support
• Keeping database records up to date (shipment inspection data etc)
• Report and support any requirement from the Management (Operations and other departments)
• Reporting incident and performance reports to senior managers
• Providing customer services to all vendors and customers
• Delivering Acknowledgement report daily to Emirates Aluminum EMAL Taweelah & Dubai Aluminum DUBAL Jebel Ali Dubai.
• Dropping curtain Trailers for loading IKEA furniture for Dhahran, Dammam & Jeddah (K.S.A) and arranging collection when documents gets ready for dispatch after loading.
• Ensure that all the necessary documents are prepared and provided to the driver
• Providing drivers and vehicles for our client (EMARAT) for diesel and petrol delivery
• Worked as an Operation In charge with our client s (UNIKAI PJSC), (DUBAI REFRESHMENT CO PJSC) & (GRAND Mills PJSC)
• Reporting to the Senior Line Manager.
• Create & send daily revenue report to billing Department & General Manager.
• Notifying and updating duty schedule to driver & helpers
• Follow Drivers, Helpers, Agents and Customers for Lube Oil Supply to vessels at different Ports.
• Checking with Agents, Customers and Port Authority to get the latest information about vessel ETA, ETB & ETD.
• Manage port pass for bulk lube oil supply via road tanker at all major ports in the UAE.
• Providing Driver & vehicles to EMDAD Jebel Ali Terminal, Ras Al Khaimah & Musaffah for Loading JET A1 Gasoline for Abu Dhabi, DWC, Jebel Ali, Ras Al Khaimah & Fujairah Airports (ADNOC & AIR-BP)
• Making necessary arrangements for break down vehicles
• Creating Delivery Voucher and printing
• E token Generating by using Dubai Trade website for Container Terminal Shipments clearance.
• Managing drivers for on time smooth all deliveries
• Execute the Over time data for our Drivers and Helpers
• Manage vehicle registration with RTA Department
• Manage road permissions (Tasreha) from RTA Department
• Hiring Tipper Trucks, Heavy Equipments & busses on daily, weekly & monthly
• All administration & Management work
as Heavy Duty Driver for all types of Trailer and Tankers.

•Tankers ( Diesel Trailer Tanker and Sweet Drinking Water Tanker up to capacity 10000 Gallons / 36000 Liters)
