• Monitoring and control of health hazards in Occupational Health in the workplace
• Act as the focal point for execution of health risk assessment (HRA) activities as outlined in the annual HSE plans.
• Define and consistently apply the HRA philosophy, methodology and associated risk matrix for the systematic identification of hazards and the rating of Occupational Health risk.
• Determine and direct the monitoring and testing programmes for chemical, physical, biological and ergonomic hazards in the workplace.
• Assist in the development of controls and mitigation measures for identified health risks.
• Liaise with the Medical colleagues to achieve a systematic Health surveillance system when risk has been identified with a job position.
• Inspect, audit and review health risk management activities at Company sites as per annual plan.
• Audit catering providers against contract and / or ISO 22000 food safety management standard
• Prepare, publicize and implement appropriate site procedures and work instructions on Occupational Health and Hygiene which are consistent with international OH Standards, CLIENT requirements and/or local regulations.
• Determine, direct and participate in Occupational Health/Hygiene inspections in the workplace to ensure compliance with appropriate internal and external standards.
• Prepare and deliver Occupational Health/Hygiene awareness training programmes for Company employees and Contractor personnel as appropriate.
· running, listening to and questioning patients sensitively;

· maintaining patient confidentiality and impartiality;
· planning and providing appropriate treatment;
· organising preventative medical programmes for individual patients & conducting health campaigns to work crew e.g : Alcohol, Heat Stress
· Conducting Health Emergency Drills quarterly at site .
