I started my career at AXPROZ as a Technical Research Writer. After a successful month of a massive Hard Work, I was moved to the Quality Assurance Wing, where I used to ensure the Writing Quality of other Research Writers. After 9 months of Working with Higher Commitment level, I was Promoted to the Designation of Company Head of a Newly Made Branch, which I established from very Scratch and Now it is Operational with 60 Employees Under My Leadership. The responsibilities I am performing now include, The Branch Management, Hiring and Training & Development of the National & International Staff, Interdepartmental Communication, Employees’ Evaluation, and Coordination with the International Clients. As a special Task, I have recently Developed the Organizational Policies Book for AXPROZ. Most recently, I have become the member of an editorial board of IJIRB (International Journal for Innovation Research in Bio Sciences).
The Resource Management JDs included the responsibilities of Maintenance of Roots campuses, dealing with Vendors and Managing External Affairs, Procurement, ID Cards Issuance, Coordination with Marketing department, Provision of Curriculum, Supplying of the In-House Inventory
The responsibilities included the Management of Heavy Machinery, Dealing Customer (Coordination and Communication) and Conducting the Overall Construction Projects.
