Identification of individuals providing expert judgement for uncertainty projects and their qualifications to do so

The Design NOCs submitted by consultant for building and villas has to be received online and processed according to Etisalat standards and NOC Procedures.
NOCs prior to objection has to discussed with consultant and Etisalat standards and NOC procedures has to be conveyed to them either by commenting and preparing drawings or through phone or arranging meetings.
The Govt. Authorities i.e. DEWA, Sewerage, Municipality, Military, Airport Authority and RTA NOCs to be received manually in counters in Municipality Customer Services.
The NOC Drawings should be studied thoroughly to confirm the R.O.W of the roads and to prevent Etisalat Network and Corridor.Prevention Method of Etisalat Network and Corridors to Explained to the Contractor/Consultant.
Answering Consultant/Contractor queries and advising solutions at the customer service counters regarding the design procedures and Etisalat requirements.
Special cases NOCs have to be sent to more than one department within the Organization and followed up for processing.
