Define Scope/Project Charter Manage and deliver projects following the defined project management framework.
- Provide on-site leadership for project team by building and motivating team members to meet project goals, adhering to their responsibilities and project milestones.
- Information and requirements gathering & analysis, value chain analysis & design.
- Develop a business architecture strategy based on the situational business scenarios and motivations.
- Project planning, including setting deadlines, numbering tasks, and assigning first group members.
- Leadership of projects scope, goals and deliverables that support the business goals and requirements in collaboration with account sales executives, senior management and stakeholders
- Plan, assign, track and coordinate resources in an effective and efficient manner.
- Conduct project evaluation reviews and return on investment analysis to assess and document project outcomes.
- Analyze financial statements, reports and budget outlines to executives.
- Report and manage activities within changes environment demonstrating teamwork, innovation and excellence.
- Manage Risk and QA action and response plans.
- Manage deliverables and obtaining the signoff and approval..
- Prepare and analyze status, progress and forecasting reports for the projects to meet deadlines.
- Negotiate necessary changes to the scope of work, project price, and time with the client, key subcontractors, and project team.
- Manage and deliver IT projects following the defined project management framework.
- IT track, monitor, report and manage IT activities within changes demand internally and
externally Problem-solving environment demonstrating teamwork, innovation and
excellence.
- Working with process owners/ managers and service owners to collect requirements,
develop and monitor all project schedules.
- Manage Risk and QA action and response plans
- Manage program level Lessons Learned repository
- Manage deliverables and obtaining the signoff and approval.
- Managing issue/change logs
