1. Daily projection & achievement report. 2. File Status of Small Business. 3. File Status of Commercial Business. 4. Approval rate under positive feedback with comparison. 5. Target & achievement report of Small Business. 6. Daily garbage report. 7. Tagged CRO with ACM report. 8. File status of submission amt. 50 lac & above of Small Business. 9. File status of big unsecured of Small Business.10. CRM center wise approval of Underwriting Small Business.11. File status of visited positive waiting for hardcopy of Small Business. 12. PAN country SMS report of Underwriting Small Business & etc. and provide PAN country & Departmental & Divisional Heads.
Prepare various monthly & periodical report
1. ACM, CRM center, loan approver PIN wise Portfolio, PAR & NPL report. 2. Unsecured & big ticket loan performance of Small Business. 3. MDTD & tenor capping report. 4. Grocery score card report of Small Business.5. Product wise file status of Underwriting Small Business & Wholesale Credit. 6. ACM & CRM center approval report & etc.


Prepare various special report
1. PM report. 2. Environment Report of Small Business. 3. Key Risk Indicator (KRI) report & etc.
Provide various ad hoc report to Business & Credit team. (Departmental Head, Regional Credit Head, Regional Head, Manager Credit, Territory Manager, Area Credit Manager, Area Manager)
Prepare various ad hoc report as per Bangladesh Bank requirement.
Prepare portfolio report.
Develop various needful report of Underwriting Small Business.
Provide strong reporting and analytical information support to management team.
