• Human Resource planning of the group, analyzing its future requirements and taking necessary steps based on the findings.
• Job analysis & design and creating/reviewing job description in consultation with department heads.
• Choosing and initiating right recruitment channel depending on the position vacant. Including internal recruitment, company resume database, referrals, website submissions, recruitment agencies, news paper advertisement and through social & professional websites.
• Screening resumes, short listing candidates, conducting preliminary interviews and assisting department head in final interview and selection.
• Overseeing the contractual matters, other hiring documentation and inducting new employees in line
with company policies and procedures.
• Conducting staff performance appraisal, identifying improvement/training needs and review of staff remuneration, benefits, responsibilities and position.
• Managing the team of HR representatives/PROs and regularly coordinating with them for smooth running of human resource operations.
• Managing the newly hired employees particularly their visa, travel, accomodation and utilities. Coordinating through PRO, travel agent, Admin team, hotels, real estate agents, etc.
• Regular review of group Human Resource policies and ensure its compliance with UAE/local labour law and keeping them in line with management philosophy.
• Keeping up-to-date knowledge of UAE labour laws, Immigration and labour departments procedures.
• Designing and development of HRMIS, and systemizing the HR department
