Involved in the planning, design and construction of Residential Building, Road and
Landscaping projects which meets the environmental and safety conditions.
* Compiling data for architectural plans, specifications, cost estimates, technical reports etc…
* Preparing drawings in CAD, bids and reviewing documentation for regulatory approvals and
contract issues including electrical planning.
* Environmental design of all aspects of plumbing system which includes water supply,
Firefighting and storm water management.
* Working closely with all levels of management and able to lead technical teams and provide
project strategy and direction to them.
* Ensuring that all design work that is produced on a project is of a sufficient quality to avoid
any error or re work.
* Verification of reinforcement for column footings, beams, roof slab and preparation of
quantity measurement and submission.
* Giving marking for Centering and shuttering works such as beams, columns and retaining
walls, earthwork excavation for foundation works.
* Supervision of Piled Foundation for Harbor Diaphragm wall.
Architectural design and planning of Buildings, Road and Landscaping Projects.
* CAD proficient and have good design and technical skills.
* Project management and Coordination.
* Preparation of Quantity Survey, Billing, Tendering and Project Technical Reports.
* Highly developed verbal and written communication skills.
* Work effectively in a team, both as a leader and team member.
* Capacity of doing multiple task within time.
* The jobs include the quality control of execution.
* Had been teaching for architectural internship students.
