- Work closely with Regulatory Bodies, Project Managers, Architects and Engineers to facilitate project compliance with LEED® and Estidama Rating Systems ensuring utmost conformity with Client Project Requirements (CPRs) during both Design and Construction;
- Recently involved in a project for a governmental entity for developing environmental regulatory framework guidelines;
- Work closely with product suppliers in regional and international markets to facilitate data that will enhance the sustainability features of KEO's projects.
• Generated architectural drawings from concept to detailed design considering the requirements and codes of local bodies such as AD Municipality (Intl. Building Code), Estidama, AD Civil Defense, DoT and others.
• Coordinated Approvals, NOCs, and Clearances of different governmental entities assuring the smooth process of Building Permit acquisition.
• Liaised between the variant specialties of Momens’ design team such as Structural, MEP, Document Control and the client, assuring project delivery with high-quality standards within the specified time frame.
• Generated high-quality 3d Renderings & Visualisations to present different project proposals to the client via the latest releases of CG and engineering software such as CAD, 3ds Max, Photoshop and Revit
• Produced and prepared BOQ’s, RFPs and tender documentation. Networked with suppliers and contractors to insure the highest standards of specification as per client and local code requirements (Green products, Water Efficiency Solutions, Energy Efficient products).
• AEC was assigned by the client/developer Musanada to renovate more than 100 Masjids (Mosques) in Abu Dhabi Western Region (Al-Gharbia). My task along with AECs integrated design team was to conduct a site visits to the specified number of Masjids, prepare As-built DWGs, and generate architectural drawings (including renderings) presenting the renovation proposals according to the clients requirements. My scope of work was to work on 12 Masjid developments.
• Generated architectural drawings from concept to detailed design as per client requirements.
•Introduced to the concept of Recyclable Architecture, a category of Sustainable Design, whereas historical/traditional monuments from demolished buildings where reused to beautify the new building façades.
•Associated in the interior design of 5-star hotel rooms for a major project now constructed in Lebanon (Assaha Traditional Village) with branches in all of Qatar, UK and Sudan.
• Supervised and inspected 1 out of 10 G+10 residential towers at the Core & Shell stage.
• Liaised between the various subcontractors ensuring a daily report was submitted to the project management on daily basis.
• Exposed to concrete construction, concrete tests and HSE requirements on the construction site.
