• Daily meeting with client as per requirements
• Follow up for daily printing job.
• Good Knowledge in offset and digital printing as well as Lamination,
Extrusion, Slitting and Pouching process
• Responsible for incoming calls, entering orders, tacking orders through the plant.
• Ability to understand customer’s request and satisfy their requirement
• Coordinate with CSD’s to update work order with jobs.
• Also check with quality control manger as per customer orders
• Ensuring jobs are delivered to customer on time & press schedules.
• Daily follow with delivery person for customer expectations
• Customer oriented and problem solving skills
• Responding to customer complaint on their portal following up if the job is rejected
• Good organizational skills and the capability to work under pressure
