Providing Complete Facilities to Fleet Customers for their Vehicle’s testing and Registration requirements
Making regular sales calls to generate enquiry from prospective customers in order to achieve the monthly sales target
Preparing & submitting quotations to customers against sales inquiries
Actively participating in Sales & Promotional activities to promote and highlight organization and its activities.
Coordinating for the preparation of Rental & Lease Contracts and obtaining customer signature
Indenting for new vehicle purchase in case of long Lease
Coordinating with 'Sales rental team' to off-hire customer vehicles. Arranging for police report in case of any damage/accident for the customer's vehicle.
Visiting all existing customers at regular intervals (at least one customer daily) to maintain relationship & build loyalty. Filling up the prescribed feedback format available at the locations and submit the same to the location head.
Following up daily to renew existing contracts, wherever required
Following up for payment collection
Responsible for making positive deals with customers through negotiations and maintaining healthy relationships with landlords & customers.
Job involves sales and leasing in and outside city of Abudhabi. Like Mushrif, Muroor, Mohammed bin zayed city, khalifa city, A.D Gate city.
Achieving the sales target periodically and reporting to the Marketing Manager.
Giving Good Services to Clients.
Showing Different Properties from Different areas coordination with colleagues, according to Clients requirement.
Maintaining Daily appointments from Clients.
Maintaining Property list in weekly basis.
Making the contract between Landlord and Tenant.
Exchanging the documents related to the property to land lord & clients.
Maintaining contacts with various companies for future prospects.
Giving Good Customer Service.
Providing Proper Feedback.
Giving daily Sales Report to Branch Manager
Maintaining Purchase & Sales Accounts as per the date.
Filing all the related important documents on regular basis.
Handling of internal and external Customer inquiries.
Responsible for billing, preparing vouchers, etc.
Maintaining LP’s, Cash sales, Sales Summary’s, Receivables statement.
Computerized details of overall sales of the company.
