Sub-Contractor / Vendor Pre-Qualifications / PQA / Inspection & their Approvals
Co-ordinate the Excavation and Back - fill activities, Its Compaction, and soil Investigation Conducting Third party Material Testing, Getting approved From Client, and Conducting Material Inspections as per Inspection and Test Plan.
Co-ordinate the site activities are going smoothly as per drawings, project specifications, approved standards and Safety requirements as per client’s satisfaction.

Preparing handover documentations.
Responsible for site execution activities and administration of involved functions at site for various construction activities involved
Motivate and bring quality and safety awareness among all involved personnel on-site.
Reporting directly to Project Manager / Construction Manager on day to day work progress and provide constructive inputs & estimates to meet work load and client instructions while obtain the necessary inputs as per the planned schedules to meet project targets and budget.
Liaising with QA/QC, Interface Coordination and in-house / client’s HSE dept and ensure the quality and HSE requirements for the project are compiled at every stage of project execution on site
