-Preparing final A/c such as balance sheet, profit & loss A/cs & attached annexures of general ledgers & over head distribution to the different cost centers.

3-Preparing the cash flow statement and the budged & evaluating the deviations with actual.
4-Negotiating & follow up financial facilities with different banks for the present working of the company and for the new projects.
5-leading role of the committee of inventory for the valuation and control and verification of stock.
6-All banking duties such cash transfer, deposit, fup of time deposit according to company obligations and follow up of letter of credit & guarantee.
7-preparing the financial statement & sub details & submitting to the Govt. Tax & Zakat authorities & follow for getting Fcertificate.
8-Cost control and preparation of valuing of the products and fixing The selling price.

* Prepare monthly Cash Flow Statement.
*Preparing the annual Budget & evaluating the deviations with actual ( budget variance report ).
*Negotiating & follow up financial facilities with different banks for the present working of the company and for the new projects.
*To coordinate and manage all activiies of accounts and financial Dept. and report to the top managment.
Preparing monthly financial Statement & Attached annexure of General Ledger & Over head to the different cost centers.
Preparing the cash flow statement and budget and evaluating the deviations with actual.
controlling and monitoring Fixed Assets.
Negotiating & follow up financial facilities with different banks
Have good experience about labor office procedures.
Submitting the financial statement & sub details to the Govt. Tax authorities
( Zakat Dept )& follow up for getting final certificate.
Cost control and preparation of valuing of the products and fixing the selling price.
Reviewing monthly reconciliation.
The company is engaged in the manufacturing & sales of PVC pipes & fittingsof which the company is holding licenses from SASO, ARAMCO, and ISO9001.
Preparing monthly Financial statment including A/R & A/P aging.
Preparing the cash flow statment and the budget & evaluating the deviations with actual.
Leading role of the committee of inventory for the valuation and control and verification of stock.
To coordinate and manage all activities of accounts and financial Dept. and report to the top management.
Study and review terms and conditions of the different agreements related to companies projects.
