• Manages staffs, assigning staffs to the respective shop, monitoring their performances with the appraisal, encourages the staffs to do their best in sales to reach the target.
• Act on mall management policy and implementing the company policy in the floor making sure it is followed.
• Monitoring sales, orders, product flows and replacements. Very Hands on with the merchandising.
• Making sure that the operation in the floor is smoothly running
• Doing selling and applying negotiation skills in the floor
• Act on customer service and complaints, making sure their concerned are catered with satisfactions.
• Developing business by planning and projecting for the next strategy which helps the growth of the company.
• Creating networks and maintaining good relationship with the clients/customers.
• Maintaining and organizing company, staffs and other files.
• Attending to all the needs of the staffs pertaining to admin/HR.
• Creates all communication letters, NOC, MEMO and certificates. (Admin and HR)
• Creates training for the staffs to make them better in their field.
